David P. Beitchman, Esq.
David P. Beitchman is the founding Partner of the firm; he oversees all the practice groups and heads the firm’s litigation group. A seasoned litigator, Mr. Beitchman regularly practices before the State and Federal Courts, as well as represents a number of top performers and leading fashion and environmental companies.
David received his Juris Doctor degree from Whittier College School of Law and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California – Los Angeles. During his academic studies, David honed his trial skills as a member of the Public Defender’s Office. In 2003, following the passing of the firm’s other founding Partner, Harry S. Zekian, he founded and continues to administer the Harry S. Zekian Memorial Scholar Award.
Mr. Beitchman is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice in all California state courts as well as in the United States District Court for the Central, Eastern and Southern Districts of California, and before the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
